What you can book

Each course is scoped to your site, your hazards and your shift pattern before a date is set.

Most requested

Fire extinguisher training

Theory block on fire classes and extinguishing agents, then every participant extinguishes a controlled fire themselves.

  • Fire classes and the right agent for each
  • Hands-on extinguishing on a gas-fired training tray
  • Handling of the extinguisher types mounted at your site
  • Participant certificates issued on the training day

Evacuation and emergency drill

A planned, observed drill of your real escape routes, with a written debrief you can file.

  • Drill scenario agreed with your fire safety officer
  • Timing per staircase and muster point
  • Observer notes on bottlenecks and blocked routes
  • Written report for your documentation

Fire safety helper certification

The theory and practical content expected of a Brandschutzhelfer, taught to the people you nominate.

  • Fire behaviour, spread and smoke
  • Duties and limits of a fire safety helper
  • Practical extinguishing, repeated until confident
  • Named certificates per participant

Annual workplace fire safety instruction

Short, repeatable instruction for all staff, built around your floor plan, escape routes and alarm.

  • Your routes, extinguisher locations and muster points
  • Alarm sequence and who does what
  • Sessions per shift, including early and late
  • Attendance list signed on the spot

Training app licence for your team

Your procedures in your employees' pockets between on-site sessions — refreshers, not a replacement for practical training.

  • Extinguisher types and correct use, step by step
  • Your escape routes and muster points
  • Short knowledge checks for refreshers
  • Progress overview for the responsible manager

Group sizes, session count and scheduling are agreed in the scoping call — ask for a written training plan with your quote.

How we train

Live fire, no mess

We bring gas-fired training trays that light and shut off on a valve. Real flame and real heat, without powder residue or smoke damage on your premises.

Paperwork an auditor accepts

Every session ends with an attendance list and named participant certificates; every drill ends with a written report of timings and observations.

Built on your floor plan

Routes, extinguisher locations and your own hazards — kitchen fat fires, battery storage, electrical panels — are worked into the session instead of a generic slide deck.

Refreshers in the app

Between on-site dates your staff keep your procedures, extinguisher types and muster points on their phone, with short checks to keep it fresh.

Scheduled around production

Parallel groups, early and late slots, weekend blocks. A whole shift can be trained without stopping the line.

German and English sessions

Mixed teams are trained in the language they actually work in, so nobody nods through the part that matters.

How working with us goes

  1. You send the enquiry

Site, headcount and what triggered it — a new site, an audit finding, people due a refresher.

  2. Scoping

We go through your floor plan, extinguisher inventory and shift pattern, and work out how many people need which course.

  3. Written training plan and quote

Course, group sizes, dates and what each participant ends up holding — in writing, before anything is booked.

  4. Training day on your site

Theory indoors, practical extinguishing outside, drills on your real routes. Instructors bring the equipment with them.

  5. Certificates, report, refreshers

You receive the documentation for your file, and your team keeps the procedures in the app until the next cycle.

Questions we get before the first call

How many of our employees have to be trained as fire safety helpers?

German workplace rules on fire safety expect a proportion of your staff to be trained as Brandschutzhelfer — five percent of the workforce is the figure usually applied, and more where the fire risk, the building or the shift pattern calls for it. We work the number out with you during scoping rather than quoting a flat figure.

Can the live extinguishing part really happen at our site?

Yes. The training trays run on gas and are shut off on a valve, so there is no powder to clean up and no smoke residue. A yard, a loading bay or a section of parking deck is normally enough.

What do we actually end up holding?

A signed attendance list, a named certificate for each participant, and for drills a written report with timings, observations and the points to fix before the next one.

Does the app replace the on-site training?

No. Practical extinguishing has to be done in person, with real flame. The app carries your procedures, extinguisher types and muster points so knowledge does not decay between sessions.

Can you train a shift without stopping work?

That is the normal case. We split the group, run theory and practical in parallel and schedule around breaks and handovers, including early and late shifts.

Tell us the site and the headcount — we take it from there.

  • A trainer reads your enquiry, not a call centre.
  • First reply is questions about your site, not a brochure.
  • You get a written training plan and quote before any date is held.
